Commission Process

  1. Client provide references of character(s) they wish to commission.

  2. Client and Artist discuss details of the commission:
    ▪︎Pose, Expression, and Composition.
    ▪︎Background.
    ▪︎Color Scheme.

  3. Client must confirm the details of the discussion.*

  4. Client transfer payment through PayPal and Artist confirm it.*

  5. Artist sends a draft for Client’s input. Client provides feedback or approves the draft.

  6. Artist send sketch and final product.

Term of Service

  • Payment through PayPal or Ko-Fi in USD($) Only.

  • Refund is unavailable once payment was made.

  • Artist have the right to reject a Client if said Client is unresponsive during discussion/payment process (1-2 days).*

  • Artist will provide updates when the Client’s commission reaches the top of the queue.

  • Artist's time must be respected. Please be patient and acknowledge that the Artist work with multiple of Clients to fulfill your request.
    ▪︎Be timely and responsive toward any inquiries provided
    ▪︎Keep request for update at minimum while Artist handle overload of requests.

  • Artist reserves the right to deny service to disrespectful or unprofessional Clients. Future services will also be denied.

Waitlist Policy

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to claim a waitlist slot.*

  • Slots are only secured after payment. If you're not ready to commit, please wait for general openings.

  • The remaining 50% is due before work begins.

  • If you don’t respond within 3 days when contacted, the slot will be released and the deposit forfeited.

  • Information marked * are non-negotiable.
